Booking Policy

A 24-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. A no-call, no-show will automatically be charged 100% of the cost of the service.

Payments:

Cash (no cash is kept in the studio), Venmo, Square, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted forms of payment.

Late Arrivals:

Please allow time for parking. There is free salon parking at the Canal Station garage located next to Salon Republic on Leary Ave NW. The garage closes at 8pm.

A 15-minute grace period will be given, and after this your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Please come makeup-free

Cancel if feeling sick or if you have a cold sore

Gratuity appreciated

Please no extra guests in the studio unless prior authorization
